New Music Makers Concerts

The New Music Makers are performing Two Concerts during June. One at the Turner Sims Concert Hall in Southampton, and one at the Berry Theatre in Hedge End. For more details please see the link to the New Music Makers at the Top of this page.

Sponsored Walk

Two Members of the Church are taking part in a Sponsored Walk on Saturday 2nd June in Aid of Action for Children. The Walk is 6 miles along the Cliffs at Barton on Sea. If you are interested in sponsoring them please speak to a Church Member to be introduced.

Christian Aid Week

The Week from the 12th to 19th of May is Christian Aid Week. Members of our Church took part in a Churches together in Hedge End Event on Saturday 12th May to Raise Money for this organisation. Christian Aid helps people in poverty in many corners of the World. If you would like further details of what Christian Aid Week is please see.

Spring Fayre

We held our Spring Fayre on Saturday 28th April. We were pleased to see some New Faces among our Visitors.Many delicious Cakes were Eaten and Purchased and other items where available from Carrots to Gifts. Despite the Heavy Rain outside we all had a good time, and a substantial sum of money was raised towards the Church Funds.

Easter Sunday

We would like to thank Revd. Geoffrey Scarlett for leading the Agape Breakfast and the 10.30 Service on Easter Sunday. The Service included the making of an Easter Cross from Spring blooms given by members of the congregation.

This event took place on Palm Sunday (1st April)

The Church Choir with some Friends from Bitterne lead a service of words and music depicting the events of Holy Week. Thank you to everyone who took part in this event which enabled us all to reflect on the events leading up to Good Friday, whilst enjoying some good singing.

Rambling Dinner

On Thursday the 15th of March, 28 members of the Rambling Group enjoyed a Meal in a Pub near Eastleigh.
